White chocolate chip cookies

Yield: 54 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Margarine -- softened
3 tablespoons Margarine -- softened
¼ cup Skim milk -- at room
\N \N Temperature
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 \N Egg whites -- whipped
3½ cup Unbleached flour
⅔ cup Granulated sugar
⅔ cup Brown sugar -- packed
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Vanilla chocolate chips

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, milk, and egg whites. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes.
