Wheaten milk biscuits

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Wheat germ
½ cup Powdered milk
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
6 tablespoons Butter-flavored shortening
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
½ cup Water

Preheat oven to 325øF. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Beat egg and combine with brown sugar. Add to flour mixture. Gradually add water until a stiff dough is formed.
