Wheat free pie crust
1 pie crust
Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | cup | AM Barley Flour OR- other flour |
| ¼ | cup | Oil; preferably cold |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cold water |
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
