Honey wheat berry bread

Directions for soaking wheat berries: Combine ingredients in a saucepan and boil for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally (add water if necessary). Remove from heat, cover and let stand 6 to 12 hours (all day or overnight). Drain any standing water before adding the berries to the dough.
Dough: Using the size recipe appropriate for your breadmaker, follow the directions of your own machine. With my machine which is a Welbilt, I add all the liquids first and then the dry ingredients, of course, with everything at room temperature before starting.
