Western skillet rice

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1½ cup Water
16 ounces Can tomatoes
1 cup Sharp cheese, shredded
1 Env. dry onion soup mix
¾ cup Uncooked rice
1 cup Green peas

Brown meat. Add soup mix, water, rice, tomatoes and peas. Simmer 25 minutes until rice is tender. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
