Skillet bbq chicken and rice

| 1 | pounds | Boneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into strips |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mazola corn oil |
| 1½ | cup | Kraft BBQ Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | can | (11 oz) Green Giant Whole Kernel Corn; drained |
| 1 | small | Green pepper; chopped |
| 2 | cups | Minute Original Rice; uncooked |
Directions
Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in BBQ Sauce, water, corn and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Makes 4 servings.
