Bean 'n rice skillet

½cupPace Thick 'n Chunky Sauce
2cansTomato sauce (8 oz.)
cupUncooked instant white rice
1cupWhole kernel corn, frozen
1cupRed bell pepper, chopped
1canBlack beans (15 oz.) --
Rinsed and drained
1poundsGround beef (optional) --
Browned and drained

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients in large skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
