Western pork barbeque supper

| ¼ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Catsup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pickling spice |
| 3 | Oranges, sliced | |
Directions
In large skilled melt butter; stir pork over medium-high heat until well browned. Add onion slices and basil; saute until onion is tender. Add beef broth, bring to boiling. Stir in vinegar, sugar, catsup, salt, pickling spices, and orange slices. Simmer 1 hour or until pork is tender. Spoon topping over each blossomed potato.
Serve immediately.
