Weingelee (dessert wine jelly)

4packsUnflavored gelatin
2cupsCold water
1cupSugar
3cupsBoiling white grape juice
1cupMedium dry white wine
Sweetened whipped cream
Strawberries

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Stir in sugar and grape juice; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in wine. Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours. Unmold and serve with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries.
