Watkins, pasta with zucchini and fresh tomatoes

2 | teaspoons | WATKINS Garlic Liquid Spice |
2 | cups | Thinly sliced onions |
3 | larges | Tomatoes -- coarsely |

1 | tablespoon | White wine vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | WATKINS Basil Liquid Spice |
1½ | teaspoon | WATKINS Parsley |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | WATKINS red pepper flakes |
6 | cups | Hot cooked ziti pasta |
\N | \N | (about 12 ounces dry) |
\N | \N | WATKINS garlic and chives |
\N | \N | Seasoning -- as desired |
In small bowl, combine zucchini and lemon juice;toss well. In a large skillet, with a cover, heat Garlic Liquid Spice over medium heat. Stir in zucchini and onion;saute' 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients;bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Garlic and Chives Seasoning.
