Watkins, pasta with zucchini and fresh tomatoes

2tablespoonsFresh lemon juice
2teaspoonsWATKINS Garlic Liquid Spice
2cupsThinly sliced onions
3largesTomatoes -- coarsely
Chopped
1tablespoonWhite wine vinegar
1teaspoonWATKINS Basil Liquid Spice
teaspoonWATKINS Parsley
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonWATKINS red pepper flakes
6cupsHot cooked ziti pasta
(about 12 ounces dry)
WATKINS garlic and chives
Seasoning -- as desired

Directions

In small bowl, combine zucchini and lemon juice;toss well. In a large skillet, with a cover, heat Garlic Liquid Spice over medium heat. Stir in zucchini and onion;saute' 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients;bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Garlic and Chives Seasoning.
