Warm goat cheese fondue

Ingredients

2tablespoonsShallot, minced
1tablespoonCorn oil
2tablespoonsThyme, fresh, chopped
¾cupWhipping cream
5⅓ounceGoat cheese, crumbled
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper, cracked

Directions

Cook shallot in oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender, stirring often; stir in chopped thyme and whipping cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Whisk in goat cheese, salt and pepper until smooth. Yeild about 1½ cups
