Walnut pesto concentrate

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Packedbasil leaves - no stems, wash leaves thoroughly and lay out on paper toweling. Pat dry
1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1¼ cup Walnuts
1 cup Parmesan or Reggiano cheese
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Freshly-chopped garlic

Process in the food processor until smooth.

A little goes a long way, as it is extremely full flavored.
