½cupFresh curds beaten
4Kashmiri red chillies; (4 to 5)
½teaspoonPowdered sugar
Salt to taste

Directions

Pound walnuts and chillies together.

Mix curds, salt and sugar well. Add pounded nuts and mix well.

Chill before serving.

Serve with sticks of carrots, beets, celery, etc.

Or with dry bread sticks.
