Walnut chutney

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Walnuts shelled
½ cup Fresh curds beaten
4 \N Kashmiri red chillies; (4 to 5)
½ teaspoon Powdered sugar
\N \N Salt to taste

Pound walnuts and chillies together.

Mix curds, salt and sugar well. Add pounded nuts and mix well.

Chill before serving.

Serve with sticks of carrots, beets, celery, etc.

Or with dry bread sticks.

Makes: 3-4 servings

Shelflife: 1 day refrigerated
