1 pounds | Spinach fettucini -- cooked |

1 medium | Onion -- chopped |
4 tablespoons | Butter |
16 ounces | Tomato -- drained |
8 ounces | Tomato sauce |
⅔ cup | Vodka |
¼ pounds | Prosciutto (or ham) -- |

1 cup | Frozen green peas -- thawed |
\N \N | Parmesan cheese -- to taste |
\N \N | Locatelli cheese, grated -- |
\N \N | To taste |
Cook pasta. Meanwhile, over med. heat, cook onion in hot butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Blend in cream--heat just to boiling.
Add remeaining ingredients and heat through. Toss with the hot, drained pasta.
Serve with the cheese sprinkled over.
