Venison shish ka bob

Ingredients

5poundsVenison; cut in large chunks
6Whole onion; quartered
10Whole jalapeno chile pepper; cut in half. seeded
4Whole green pepper; large sliced
½cupSoy sauce
½cupCooking oil
1tablespoonSugar
1teaspoonGround ginger
1teaspoonDry mustard
1tablespoonGarlic powder
½teaspoonCayenne pepper; ground

Directions

SHISH KA BOB

MARINADE

Marinate meat for at least 4 hours.

Alternately place vegtables and meat on Ka-Bob skewers. Marinate in sauce above.

Cook on open grill over hot coals turning often until done. Note: Make sure to have enough!

I sometimes add slices of jalapenos for a extra kick...
