Spicy smothered venison

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Venison round steak
\N \N Flour
2 tablespoons Oil
1 can (4-oz) mushrooms
½ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
⅓ cup Chili sauce
¼ teaspoon Each garlic salt; celery salt; onion salt, Worcester- shire; sliced stuffed or ripe olives
¼ cup Water

Cut steak in serving pieces; roll in flour. Brown thoroughly on both sides in oil. Place meat into baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet. Heat to boiling. Pour over meat; cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is done.
