Venison burger bites

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground venison
½ cup Uncooked oatmeal
¼ cup Minced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Catsup

Combine ingredients; shape mixture into small balls, using a teaspoon of meat mixture for each. Cook over medium heat in just enough hot fat to cover bottom of a large frying pan. Turn frequently until brown on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes.

Makes 5 dozen miniature meat balls. Good when served with barbecue or cocktail sauce.
