cupRice flour
1smallCarrot grated
1smallSpri spring onion finely chopped
1smallOnion finely chopped
¼teaspoonAjwain seeds
Salt to taste
2Leaves mint finely chopped; (2 to 3)
1teaspoonCoriander finely chopped
teaspoonButter

Directions

Use only half the butter. Keep other half aside.

Mix all ingredients well.

Knead into stiff dough, using a little water.

Shape small thick rounds and shallow fry using remaining butter.

Serve hot with sauce, or chutney.

Making time: 15 minutes

Makes : 2-3 parathas

Shelflife: Best served immediately or pack for his playschool.
