Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Rice flour |
| 1 | small | Carrot grated |
| 1 | small | Spri spring onion finely chopped |
| 1 | small | Onion finely chopped |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ajwain seeds |
| Salt to taste | ||
| 2 | Leaves mint finely chopped; (2 to 3) | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander finely chopped |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Butter |
Directions
Use only half the butter. Keep other half aside.
Mix all ingredients well.
Knead into stiff dough, using a little water.
Shape small thick rounds and shallow fry using remaining butter.
Serve hot with sauce, or chutney.
Making time: 15 minutes
Makes : 2-3 parathas
Shelflife: Best served immediately or pack for his playschool.
