Vegetables with chicken liver & gizzard

14Cauliflower; chopped
1Onion; chopped
1Carrot; chopped
1Salt
2Cornstarch
14Chicken stock
1Soy sauce
14Cooking oil
2Rice wine

Directions

Recipe by: Nila Sweeney Preparation Time: 0:35 1. Soak livers & gizzards in mixture of cornstach, wine and soy. Let stand 15min.

2. Fry onion and vegetables in oil with 1 tsb salt. Cook for 5min.

Set as

3. Fry gizzards until tender and then add liver. When done put back vegetables.

4. Add cornstarch mix and stock and finish cooking (about 10-15min)
