400gramsStir fry vegetables

Snow peas and so on)
50gramsCashew nut pieces
1packProduce Partners Oriental Vegetable Stir
Fry Mix
cupWater
1packLavash or mountain bread

Directions

1. Heat oil in a deep frypan or wok and stir fry the vegetables and cashew nuts 3 minutes. Blend packet contents and water, pour over and continue to stir fry 2 minutes.

2. Spoon several tablespoonsof stir fry into the center of the bread, and roll bread into a cone shape.

3. Wrap a serviette around the base and serve as a meal or quick healthy snack.
