Vegetable souviaki

50 | grams | Cashew nut pieces |
1 | pack | Produce Partners Oriental Vegetable Stir |
Fry Mix | ||
⅓ | cup | Water |
1 | pack | Lavash or mountain bread |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a deep frypan or wok and stir fry the vegetables and cashew nuts 3 minutes. Blend packet contents and water, pour over and continue to stir fry 2 minutes.
2. Spoon several tablespoonsof stir fry into the center of the bread, and roll bread into a cone shape.
3. Wrap a serviette around the base and serve as a meal or quick healthy snack.
