|400 grams||Stir fry vegetables|
|(onions capsicum; broccoli,|
|Snow peas and so on)|
|50 grams||Cashew nut pieces|
|1 pack||Produce Partners Oriental Vegetable Stir|
|1 pack||Lavash or mountain bread|
1. Heat oil in a deep frypan or wok and stir fry the vegetables and cashew nuts 3 minutes. Blend packet contents and water, pour over and continue to stir fry 2 minutes.
2. Spoon several tablespoonsof stir fry into the center of the bread, and roll bread into a cone shape.
3. Wrap a serviette around the base and serve as a meal or quick healthy snack.
