Vegetable souviaki

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
400 grams Stir fry vegetables
\N \N (onions capsicum; broccoli,
\N \N Snow peas and so on)
50 grams Cashew nut pieces
1 pack Produce Partners Oriental Vegetable Stir
\N \N Fry Mix
⅓ cup Water
1 pack Lavash or mountain bread

1. Heat oil in a deep frypan or wok and stir fry the vegetables and cashew nuts 3 minutes. Blend packet contents and water, pour over and continue to stir fry 2 minutes.

2. Spoon several tablespoonsof stir fry into the center of the bread, and roll bread into a cone shape.

3. Wrap a serviette around the base and serve as a meal or quick healthy snack.
