Veal roll stuffed

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
400 grams Veal fattless meat
150 grams Cooked ham
250 grams Spinach saute'
150 grams Dutch cheese sliced
⅓ litre White wine

lay the cheese, the ham and the spinach inside the veal meet, the roll it and tied it with sone string. in a sucepan put a little olive oil and on medium fire cook in every part the roll, it should not take more the a few minutes, at that point pour the wine and let it cook for 1 hour with the lid on, checking from time to time the cooking.
