Veal roll stuffed

| 400 | grams | Veal fattless meat |
| 150 | grams | Cooked ham |
| 250 | grams | Spinach saute' |
| 150 | grams | Dutch cheese sliced |
| ⅓ | litre | White wine |
Directions
lay the cheese, the ham and the spinach inside the veal meet, the roll it and tied it with sone string. in a sucepan put a little olive oil and on medium fire cook in every part the roll, it should not take more the a few minutes, at that point pour the wine and let it cook for 1 hour with the lid on, checking from time to time the cooking.
