Veal and spinach ravioli stuffing

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Veal, cooked, minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Shallots, finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Mace or nutmeg |
| ½ | cup | Spinach, chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
| ¼ | cup | Parmesan, grated |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Fill ravioli with mixture.
