½poundsSausage or fresh pork
2tablespoonsCatsup
2teaspoonsMinced parsley
1Onion, sliced
1Egg
½cupDry bread crumbs
¼cupHot milk
teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and shape into a loaf.

Place in a loaf pan and bake at 35o degrees for 1½ hours.

Brush occasionally with bacon drippings.
