Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Sausage or fresh pork |
| 2 | tablespoons | Catsup |
| 2 | teaspoons | Minced parsley |
| 1 | Onion, sliced | |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Hot milk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
Place in a loaf pan and bake at 35o degrees for 1½ hours.
Brush occasionally with bacon drippings.
