Veal loaf

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground veal shoulder
½ pounds Sausage or fresh pork
2 tablespoons Catsup
2 teaspoons Minced parsley
1 Onion, sliced
1 Egg
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Hot milk
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together and shape into a loaf.

Place in a loaf pan and bake at 35o degrees for 1½ hours.

Brush occasionally with bacon drippings.
