½ | pounds | Sausage or fresh pork |
2 | tablespoons | Catsup |
2 | teaspoons | Minced parsley |
1 | Onion, sliced | |
1 | Egg | |
½ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
¼ | cup | Hot milk |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
Place in a loaf pan and bake at 35o degrees for 1½ hours.
Brush occasionally with bacon drippings.
