| ½ | pounds | Bacon, cut in small pieces |
| 1 | cup | Onion, minced |
| 1 | can | No.3 can sauerkraut |
| 1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Fry the bacon, add onion and brown slightly. Squeeze excess water from sauerkraut and add to bacon & onion. Add water and let simmer until all water has evaporated. Be sure not to let it scorch pan.
