½poundsBacon, cut in small pieces
1cupOnion, minced
1canNo.3 can sauerkraut
1cupWater

Directions

Fry the bacon, add onion and brown slightly. Squeeze excess water from sauerkraut and add to bacon & onion. Add water and let simmer until all water has evaporated. Be sure not to let it scorch pan.
