Czech sauerkraut soup

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pints Water
1 cup Sauerkraut
1 cup Potatoes -- cubed
1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Flour
1 Egg yolk
Salt & pepper -- to taste

Boil kraut and potaotes in water for 15 minutes. mix sour cream, butter, flour and egg yolk. Slowly add to soup mixture, stirring constantly. Heat through, season to taste.
