Upside down apple gingerbread

| 1⅓ | cup | Sugar |
| 1¼ | cup | Margarine |
| 1¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1¼ | cup | Molasses |
| 1⅓ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cloves |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3½ | cup | Hot tea |
Directions
Pour melted margarine into a 9" dish & place apples in dish, sprinkle with brown sugar. Mix other ingredients together & pour over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min. Cool in pan 4 or 5 min., invert onto serving plate.
