Ultimate leftover bread pudding

Ingredients

pounds(1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3Eggs, beaten
2cupsSugar
1cupRaisins
1cupShredded cocunut
1cupChopped pecans
1teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonNutmeg
4cupsMilk (3 c. if using fresh bread)
6cupsStale bread (any kind), torn into 1 inch cubes (up to 8)

Directions

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Set oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven: 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, may be soupy. Pour into baking dish.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until top is golden brown.
