Udon and prawn stir-fry

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
400 grams Peeled green prawns
1 small Piec ginger; sliced
100 grams Snow peas
3 \N Stalks spring onion
3 packs Trident Udon Noodles
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
6 tablespoons Trident Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Trident Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
8 tablespoons Water
1 teaspoon Sugar


Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.

Simply add noodles and sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is almost dry. Serve immediately.

NOTES : Ready in 10 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
