2 tablespoons | Trident Sesame Oil |
2 tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
8 tablespoons | Water |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
STIR-FRY SAUCE
Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.
Simply add noodles and sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is almost dry. Serve immediately.
NOTES : Ready in 10 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
