Udon and prawn stir-fry

| 1 | small | Piec ginger; sliced |
| 100 | grams | Snow peas |
| 3 | Stalks spring onion | |
| 3 | packs | Trident Udon Noodles |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 6 | tablespoons | Trident Oyster Sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Trident Sesame Oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
| 8 | tablespoons | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
STIR-FRY SAUCE
Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.
Simply add noodles and sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is almost dry. Serve immediately.
NOTES : Ready in 10 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
