Shrimp and vegetable stir-fry

½ | cup | Bottled stir-fry sauce |
¾ | pounds | Shrimp; cleaned; deveined |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil water |
10 | packs | Shredded red cabbage |
10 | packs | Shredded carrots |
3 | Green onions; chopped |
Directions
Combine 2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce and shrimp in small bowl.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and marinade; stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove shrimp.
Add half of remaining marinade, ¼ cup water, cabbage and carrots to the skillet; cook for 5 minutes while slowly adding remaining marinade. Add the shrimp and the green onion; heat through.
