Tutti-fruity shake

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Vanilla ice cream
1 pack Vanilla instant breakfast drink
½ cup Canned in syrup fruit, or
½ cup Fruit cocktail.
½ cup Half & half cream

A fun shake to make with a different fruity taste every time.

Drain canned fruit. Mix and blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 1 serving, 518 calories, 13 g protein.
