½ | cup | Canned in syrup fruit, or |
½ | cup | Fruit cocktail. |
½ | cup | Half & half cream |
A fun shake to make with a different fruity taste every time.
Drain canned fruit. Mix and blend ingredients until smooth.
Makes 1 serving, 518 calories, 13 g protein.
