2tablespoonsFrozen Orange Juice Concentrate
teaspoonHoney
2⅔tablespoonNonfat Dry Milk Powder
½cupFrozen Strawberries; unsweetened
½mediumBanana; peeled and quartered
½cupIce Cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in an electric blender; cover and blend 1 minute at high speed, til shake is smooth.
