Turkish lamb\\clay cooker

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Cut-up green beans
2 \N Large onions, sliced
1 \N Large Idaho potato, peeled
\N \N And sliced
4 \N Large peeled tomatoes
1 pounds Lamb, cubed
\N \N Salt, caraway seeds
1 \N Clove of garlic
1 \N Bouillon cube

Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to cooker. Cover and put into cold oven. Turn temperature to 425F and bake for 80 minutes. From Schlemmertopf Recipe Book.
