Turkey salad for 50

8cupsThinly sliced celery
8cupsSeedless grapes*
18Hard-cooked eggs, diced
2cupsSlivered almonds
1quartMayonnaise
1pintHeavy cream, whipped
¼cupLemon juice
¼cupSugar
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper

Directions

DRESSING

In one large bowl, combine turkey, celery, grapes, eggs and almonds.

Combine dressing ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour over salad and stir gently. Chill until serving.

*could use chopped up apples
