Turkey crunch casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | can | Cream of chicken soup |
| 3 | cups | Diced, cooked turkey |
| 2 | Hard cooked eggs, chop | |
| 4 | ounces | Sliced mushrooms |
| ¾ | cup | Diced celery |
| ½ | cup | Slivered, blanched almonds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped onion |
| ¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
Mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds, and onion. Stir soup into mayonnaise and toss with turkey mixture. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
