Turkey crunch casserole

Ingredients

1canCream of chicken soup
3cupsDiced, cooked turkey
2Hard cooked eggs, chop
4ouncesSliced mushrooms
¾cupDiced celery
½cupSlivered, blanched almonds
1tablespoonChopped onion
¾cupMayonnaise

Directions

Mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds, and onion. Stir soup into mayonnaise and toss with turkey mixture. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
