Turkey meatballs

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground turkey
2 Beaten eggs
⅔ cup Fresh bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons Parsley
1 teaspoon Fennel seed
1 dash Black pepper
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon Minced garlic
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

In a bowl, combine all of the above. Shape into large walnut sized meatballs. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400'F for about 30 minutes or untill crispy and brown. Serve with spaghetti sauce on spaghetti. Lisa Hlavaty *P FDGN81A 3/02/92 6:56pm
