Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Ground turkey |
2 | Beaten eggs |
⅔ cup | Fresh bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | Grated lemon peel |
3 tablespoons | Parsley |
1 teaspoon | Fennel seed |
1 dash | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | Crushed red pepper |
½ teaspoon | Minced garlic |
6 tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
