Turkey chili with black beans

1½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin; |
1½ | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano; |
½ | teaspoon | Dried marjoram; |
¼ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes; |
¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon; |
16 | ounces | Can black beans; rinsed & drained |
2 | cups | Cooked turkey; cut into 1/2\" cubes |
½ | cup | Cilantro; coarsely chopped stems removed |
4 | tablespoons | Cheddar cheese; shredded Reduced-fat |
Directions
In a 3 quart microwave-safe dish, combine onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno and tomatoes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, marjoram, red pepper flakes and cinnamon; cover dish. Cook in mmicrowave oven on high for 10 minutes; stir halfway through. Stir in beans and turkey; recover dish. Cook in microwave oven on High for 4 minutes; stir in cilantro. Ladle into bowls, and garnish with cheese. NOTE: for fulling blending of flavors, prepare a day before serving.
