Turkey chili with black beans

1Red bell pepper; cut into 1/4\" pieces
2clovesGarlic; peeled & minced
2Jalapeno peppers; seeded minced
28ouncesCan tomatoes;
1tablespoonChili powder;
teaspoonGround cumin;
teaspoonGround coriander
½teaspoonDried oregano;
½teaspoonDried marjoram;
¼teaspoonRed pepper flakes;
¼teaspoonCinnamon;
16ouncesCan black beans; rinsed & drained
2cupsCooked turkey; cut into 1/2\" cubes
½cupCilantro; coarsely chopped stems removed
4tablespoonsCheddar cheese; shredded Reduced-fat

Directions

In a 3 quart microwave-safe dish, combine onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno and tomatoes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, marjoram, red pepper flakes and cinnamon; cover dish. Cook in mmicrowave oven on high for 10 minutes; stir halfway through. Stir in beans and turkey; recover dish. Cook in microwave oven on High for 4 minutes; stir in cilantro. Ladle into bowls, and garnish with cheese. NOTE: for fulling blending of flavors, prepare a day before serving.
