Turkey asparagus melt

¼ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Dried sage leaves; crushed |
3 | Sourdough hoagie buns or hoagie buns; split lengthwise (about 6-inch length) | |
¾ | pounds | Sliced cooked turkey |
1 | can | (15 oz) green giant extra long tender green asparagus spears; drained |
½ | cup | Red onion rings |
1½ | cup | Shredded colby cheese; monterey jack blend cheese or cheddar cheese |

Directions
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and sage; mix well. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture on each bun half. Top each with one-sixth of turkey, asparagus spears, onion rings and cheese.
Place sandwiches on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is bubbly.
