Turkey asparagus melt

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Dried sage leaves; crushed
3 \N Sourdough hoagie buns or hoagie buns; split lengthwise (about 6-inch length)
¾ pounds Sliced cooked turkey
1 can (15 oz) green giant extra long tender green asparagus spears; drained
½ cup Red onion rings
1½ cup Shredded colby cheese; monterey jack blend cheese or cheddar cheese
\N 6 sandwiches

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and sage; mix well. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture on each bun half. Top each with one-sixth of turkey, asparagus spears, onion rings and cheese.

Place sandwiches on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is bubbly.
