2 slices White bread
2 slices Cheese
12 eaches Cooked asparagus spears
1 each Egg separated
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Put toast on glass plate. Layer with cheese and asparagus. Mix yolk with mayonnaise. Beat white until stiff and fold into yolk mixture. Spread over asparagus.
