Turkey & mozzarella cheese picnic loaf

1 \N Loaf, 1.1/2-lbs. round sour- dough bread
⅓ cup Kraft House Italian dressing
6 \N To 8 fresh spinach leaves; stems removed
1 cup Kraft low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese; divided (4-oz.)
6 slices To 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli thin roast turkey breast
1 small Red onion; thinly sliced
1 small Tomato; thinly sliced
½ small Cucumber; thinly sliced

Heat oven to 350~. Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center, leaving ½" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing. Fill shell with spinach, ½ cup cheese, onion, turkey, tomato, cucumber, and remaining cheese. Cover top of bread loaf; wrap in foil. Bake 45 mins. Cool 10 mins. Cut into wedges; serve hot or cold.
