Tricolor salad with honey-cumin dressing

Measure Ingredient
6 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1½ teaspoon Honey
¾ teaspoon Ground cumin
¾ teaspoon Chili powder
1 \N Head butter lettuce; torn into bite-size
\N \N ; pieces
1 large Watercress bunch; stems trimmed
1 large Head radicchio; torn into bite-size
\N \N ; pieces
½ \N Red onion; thinly sliced
2 \N Oranges; peeled, sliced
\N \N ; crosswise into
\N \N ; rounds

Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss salad with enough dressing to season to taste.

Serves 4.
