|1 cup||Toasted oat cereal|
|1 cup||Old fashioned rolled oats|
|½ cup||Shredded coconut|
|½ cup||Whole unsalted almonds|
|½ cup||Wheat germ|
|½ cup||Shelled unsalted sunflower|
|¼ cup||Light corn syrup|
|¼ cup||Vegetable oil|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
|1 teaspoon||Almond extract|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. In a medium bowl, use medium speed of an electric mixer to beat remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients, stirring until well coated. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 mins or until brown. Cool completely in pan. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
Makes about 5½ cups. Can be doubled or tripled.
