Peas with prosciutto

Measure Ingredient
1 small Onion; chopped finely
2 tablespoons Olive oil
5 \N Thin slices prosciutto; chopped roughly
750 grams Frozen peas
½ cup Cambell's chicken stock

Saute the onion in the olive oil until soft, then add half the prosciutto and cook a little longer. Add the peas and toss a little. Add the stock, the remaining prosciutto and simmer until the peas are cooked. This dish can be prepared the day before and reheated when ready to serve.
