250 grams Frijoles Refritos; (re-fried beans),

4 slices Processed cheese; ham, cooked chicken
\N \N ; or cold pork
½ \N Lettuce; shredded finely
½ \N Onion; sliced finely in
\N \N ; rings
2 \N Tomatoes; sliced finely
1 \N Avocado; sliced
4 tablespoons Soured cream
\N \N Chiles an Vinagre; (pickled peppers),
\N \N ; optional

Cut the piece of bread or each roll in half and remove the centre.

Spread the bottom with the warm re-fried beans and then top with a slice of the cheese or meat, some lettuce, some onion rings and tomato slices, a slice or two of avocado and a tablespoon of soured cream.

Top with Chiles en Vinagre, if liked.
