Measure Ingredient
1 French stick; (baguette size) cut

; large crusty rolls
250 grams Frijoles Refritos; (re-fried beans),
; recipe on site
; (8oz)
4 slices Processed cheese; ham, cooked chicken
; or cold pork
½ Lettuce; shredded finely
½ Onion; sliced finely in
; rings
2 Tomatoes; sliced finely
1 Avocado; sliced
4 tablespoons Soured cream
Chiles an Vinagre; (pickled peppers),
; optional

Cut the piece of bread or each roll in half and remove the centre.

Spread the bottom with the warm re-fried beans and then top with a slice of the cheese or meat, some lettuce, some onion rings and tomato slices, a slice or two of avocado and a tablespoon of soured cream.

Top with Chiles en Vinagre, if liked.
