Chocolate torte

Measure Ingredient
8 eaches Egg whites
300 eaches Gr caster sugar
300 eaches Gr ground almonds or walnuts
8 eaches Egg yolks
8 tablespoons Spoons sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
100 eaches Mls milk
100 eaches Gr cocoa
200 eaches Gr butter


Beat egg whites, add sugar slowly until hard and add almonds or walnuts. Bake in moderate oven in lamington (long and thin) tin for 25-30 mins. Filling: Cook all ingredients except the butter in double saucepan until thick. When cool, mix in creamed butter. Nick Guoth Chocolate Torte.
