Tomatoes with fresh herbs and spiced vinaigrette

3tablespoonsBalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonsLime juice
1tablespoonHungarian sweet paprika
poundsTomatoes use red, green and yellow if possible
1teaspoonCurry powder
½teaspoonChili powder
½cupOlive oil
2tablespoonsChives, chopped or green onions (opt)
Basil and cilantro leaves

Directions

VINAIGRETTE

TOMATOES

Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil.

SEason with salt and pepper.

Overlap tomatoes on platter. Spoon dressing over. Top with chives or green onions if desired. Garnish with basil and cilantro leaves.
