Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pack||(14 oz.) frozen flounder or bluefish fillets, thawed|
|1 can||(10 oz.) tomatoes|
|2 teaspoons||Dillweed, dried|
|2 tablespoons||Butter or margarine|
|1 cup||Breadcrumbs (4 slices bread)|
Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish.
Pour tomatoes over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed. Bake, uncovered, in 350øF oven for 15 minutes. In skillet, heat margarine; brown bread crumbs.
