Tomato-poached fish fillets

Ingredients

1pack(14 oz.) frozen flounder or bluefish fillets, thawed
1can(10 oz.) tomatoes
2teaspoonsDillweed, dried
2tablespoonsButter or margarine
1cupBreadcrumbs (4 slices bread)

Directions

Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish.

Pour tomatoes over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed. Bake, uncovered, in 350øF oven for 15 minutes. In skillet, heat margarine; brown bread crumbs.
