Tomato-poached fish fillets

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (14 oz.) frozen flounder or bluefish fillets, thawed |
| 1 | can | (10 oz.) tomatoes |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dillweed, dried |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | cup | Breadcrumbs (4 slices bread) |
Directions
Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish.
Pour tomatoes over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed. Bake, uncovered, in 350øF oven for 15 minutes. In skillet, heat margarine; brown bread crumbs.
