Tomato sauce for fish

3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

2cupsTomato sauce
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsParsley, fresh; chopped
¼cupOlives, stuffed; chopped
½cupShrimp; cooked or canned
½cupMushrooms, sliced; canned
¼cupCelery; diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat to the boiling point.

Taste and add more seasoning, if desired. Serve this sauce with baked or broiled fish. It is best served from a platter that can be placed under broiler for just a few minutes.
