Tomato-fish cossack stew

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Onions, chopped
2 eaches Garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon Oil
36 eaches Tomatoes peeled OR
16 ounces Canned stewed tomatos
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 \N Potatoes
2 tablespoons Dill freshly chopped
1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
3 eaches Bay leaves
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
2 pounds Fish boneless & cubed 1/2\"

Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender. Cut up tomatoes. Peel and chop potato. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, potato, dill,bay leaves, thyme, and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes Stir in fish, lemon juice,& parsley.
