Tomato-egg blender dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Tomato juice
2 \N Hard cooked eggs, shelled/quartered
¼ cup Chopped onion
3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1½ teaspoon Sugar

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a jar and refrigerate up to a week.
