Tomato pickles

Measure Ingredient
30 larges Ripe tomatoes
4 larges Onions
6 larges Pears
6 larges Peaches
6 larges Apples
4 cups Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Salt
1 pack Mixed pickling spices, tied in cloth
1 pint Vinegar

Peel and chop fine the tomatoes, omions, pears, peaches and apples.

Mix all ingredients and boil until thick. Pour into sterilized KERR jars and seal.
